Your Kuali Build Document List allows you to filter the documents you see based on certain parameters. For example, you may not want to see an entire list of your documents. You may just want to see a list of documents that have completed all steps in the workflow.
How do you create a filter?
- Once you are in your Document List, click on a column header. Note: Not every column header has the filtering capability, so you may only be able to sort the column in ascending or descending order.
- If the column is capable of filtering, you will see options to adjust what type of documents you're seeing. Each column's filtering options are different, but here are a few examples:
- Select the options you wish to filter your Document List by.
- Save your selected filters to view later by clicking Save Filter.
