Your system administrator will send you a link to fill out a Kuali Build form. Instructions are form-specific and should be provided by your system administrator. However, there are a few options that are available on nearly every form.
How do I save, submit, or discard a form?
Form Actions are located below and to the right of every form. Below is a description of each Action:
Back/Next: If your form has multiple pages, these buttons will allow you to move through the pages. Additionally, each page will be listed separately to the left of the form to allow you to quickly navigate to a specific page (see screenshot below).
- Save: Allows you to save the form and return later.
- Submit: Submits the form and immediately begins the workflow process.
- Discard: Deletes the form from the system.
How do I return to form that I have previously saved?
You can save a form and return at any time to continue filling it out. To find your saved form, go to My Documents in your toolbar. From here you will be able to see forms you need to complete and any other actions (e.g. approvals) that you need to take in the system. You can toggle from your submitted to drafts.
