"Ability to set up the fields that will be used by the groups in this blueprint" <- Can you expand a little more on this, please? Does this refer to people within the group who can create or design apps, limiting the types of gadgets they're able to use when designing a form?
Annie Lovendahl
Great question, however, this isn't a new feature to Groups. Fields are for storing arbitrary data associated with a group. The most common example is a department code for department groups. When you set that up you can then look up the group in the API by using that field.
In order to maintain changes in only one place, we currently have our category/group/roles and user set syncing from Kuali Research to Kuali Build each night. Is this change going to affect this sync?
Scott Sandlin The sync will continue to work as it has before. This change will not affect anything.
